Get to know a little more about our process
When we create a security awareness program for you, we have two main goals: to make it as effective as possible in reaching your awareness goals, and to make sure it reads and works as well in a few years as it does on the first day.
That’s why our process is important, and important to understand. And by sticking to it, it also helps to complete to project quickly and on budget.
Fully Customized And Completely Yours
All of our videos are handmade just for you. They’re created using your policies, rules, and standards; your culture, language, and values; your brand and image; and can even include your people.
Engaging, Believable, and Habit Changing
Neal O’Farrell is not only one of the most compelling and engaging security evangelists, but with more than 40 years fighting cybercrime and fraud, he’s also one of the most believable. And he’s taught security to some of the most diverse audiences around the world.

A Complete Video Collection
This is where we begin to form the final product. We’ll take our existing content and messaging and weave in your rules and policies, your culture and language, and everything else that makes your workplace unique to you.
We’ll then share those first draft scripts with you so you’ll have a better idea of exactly what we’ll be saying on your behalf. And you’ll be able to see and edit that final messaging.
Endless Customizations
To make your training look and feel as familiar as possible to your audiences, incorporating your branding and image are important. That could be as simple as adding your logo throughout the training, adding corporate imagery to the backgrounds, and even strategically placing some of your products in the videos.
Supplement Or Replace
Once the content and messaging has been agreed, we’ll go into the studio and produce a handful of short excerpts. These will give you a better idea of what the final training videos will look like, and yet another opportunity to edit and tweak as needed.
The Final Product
The final videos will be produced and delivered a handful at a time, typically two or three. This is to not only give you enough time to review the final product, but to also make any last-minute changes to the remaining videos.
Depending on how many videos you’ll ultimately choose, this process will typically take four to six weeks from the creation of the approved video template. However, by focusing on delivering the most important videos first, you can be sharing those first videos with your employees within a couple of weeks.
