Neal spoke at his first cybersecurity conference in 1989, when he co-hosted with IBM one of Europe’s very first network security conferences. And he hasn’t stop talking since.
He’s spoken about the growing threat of surveillance capitalism, ironically at the headquarters of Facebook in Menlo Park California. He’s spoken about the threat of business identity theft at the annual conference of the National Association of Secretaries of state.
He was the first expert to train an entire police department in identity fraud more than 20 years ago and that training has been used by hundreds of police departments.
